Tariffs & Customs Fees

Joyfuzzy covers all tariffs and customs fees for customers. You will not be charged additional import duties on delivery.

Order Cancellations & Refusal of Delivery

Within 24 Hours

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 business hours of placing the order.

After 24 Business Hours

If you cancel after 24 business hours:

• A 30% cancellation fee plus material costs will apply.

If the product has already entered production or is ready for shipment:

• You will be responsible for all material costs associated with your order.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped and you request cancellation or refuse delivery:

• A 50% fee will be charged.
  You may initiate a return after the items are delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all large fixtures are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes oversized lighting and customized items.

Easy Returns

• Return requests accepted within 30 business days after delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  
• Customized products and large fixtures are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

• All products (excluding bulbs) include a 2-year warranty.

JoyFuzzy Whole Room Formula

1. Finding the Right Diameter

For the Whole Room

Simply add the room’s length and width (in feet). The sum, converted to inches, is the ideal chandelier diameter.

Example:
If your room measures 12 feet in length and 10 feet in width, the total is 22 feet.
That means a chandelier with a diameter of about 24 inches will be well-proportioned for the space.

For Dining Tables or Kitchen Islands

Choose a chandelier that is roughly half to three-quarters the width of your table or island. This keeps the proportions balanced while making a statement.

2. Determining the Right Height

A quick formula:
Take your ceiling height (in feet) and multiply by 2.5. The result is the recommended chandelier height in inches.

Example:

For a 11-foot ceiling, 11 × 2.5 = 27.5 inches tall chandelier.

3. Hanging Height Guidelines

Open Areas (Living rooms, bedrooms, foyers)"

The chandelier’s lowest point should be at least 7.5 feet above the floor.

The general rule is to use the second floor as your reference. Position the chandelier so it hangs slightly below or level with the top of the staircase, ensuring that when you’re at the top, its highest point aligns with your eye level.

Above Dining Tables or Kitchen Islands:

Hang the chandelier so the bottom sits 30–36 inches above the surface.

4. Long Hallways

For hallways, the ideal chandelier size is based on the hallway’s width. Simply multiply the width in feet by 2.5 to determine the chandelier’s diameter in inches.

Diameter: Hallway width (ft) × 2.5 (inches)

Center the chandelier, space multiples 8–10 ft apart

Keep bottom at least 7.5 ft above the floor
