What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. For large or custom orders, please contact our support team for payment guidance.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at support@joyfuzzy.com or call +1 (347) 686-0765. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled — in that case you may request a return after delivery.
Do your prices include taxes?
Yes — listed product prices and shipping include applicable taxes. You will not be charged extra tax at checkout.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Generally multiple promo codes cannot be combined. For bulk or trade orders (for example 50+ units, hospitality projects), contact us at support@joyfuzzy.com to discuss custom pricing and discounts.
What if I entered the wrong email or shipping address?
Contact support immediately to update your email, name, or address. If the order has already shipped we cannot change it. Reach us at support@joyfuzzy.com.
How should I prepare before buying?
  • Decide on your budget.
  • Collect inspirational images that reflect the style you want.
  • Gather fabrics or color samples from the room to coordinate with your lighting selection.
How do I choose the right power supply?

1) Determine the installation environment (dry indoor, damp, or outdoor).
2) Calculate the total wattage required: total feet × watts per foot for your LED strips or fixtures.
3) Choose a power supply with a rated wattage equal to or greater than your calculated total. (US: 110–120V; EU: 120–240V)

Do your lights include installation service?
Products are shipped for customer assembly. Professional electrician installation is recommended for safety and code compliance.
Are your products certified?
Yes — our lighting products conform to applicable UL standards and other regional safety requirements.
What is your returns and refund policy?
  1. Contact support@joyfuzzy.com with photos/videos and your order number. We will confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and an authorized return address. Please use a tracked shipping method — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Return conditions:
    • Return request submitted within 30 days of receipt.
    • Item is not custom-made per customer specifications.
    • Product returned in original packaging and not installed.
    • Fragile parts (e.g., crystals) must be packaged securely.
Do you provide a warranty?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty. For any product issues within three years, contact support@joyfuzzy.com with photos/videos and your order number — we'll reply within 12 hours with next steps.
What if parts arrive damaged in transit?
If you receive damaged parts, please send photos or a short video along with your order number to support@joyfuzzy.com. We will replace damaged parts free of charge.
